WHAT WOULD YOU DO..WITH APPLES?
i have recipe for sweet potatoes that is really delicious (and i'll share some other time). i decided to adapt that recipe to fit my 21 day reset and include apples.
baked sweet potato with apples
1. slice sweet potatoes and apples
2. make thin layer in pan and spray with avocado oil
3. sprinkle with spices
4. repeat 2-3 times
5. poor almond coconut milk over the top. sprinkle spices again
6. bake 400* for about 20 minutes

ReplyDeleteYUM!! I seriously almost did sweet potatoes with apples! My grandma made a sweet potato casserole with apples on top at Thanksgiving one year and I've been dying to replicate it. But I need to try this recipe!!
