if you have been keeping up with my goals this year, you might have started to notice a pattern with my goals. even though my word for the year is STILL, i am really focusing a lot on my health and fitness. part of trying to become the very best version of me is getting myself in better shape. i have been working pretty hard at the gym, and recently i started adding in pure barre workouts. it's a really nice mix to the heavy weight lifting.
tomorrow pure barre draper is hosting a special event. it's a great day to check out a class. i'm taking the 6:45 class. come join me!
i feel like i am in decent enough shape, but pure barre kicks my butt in the very best way. it's a great workout, and i highly suggest trying it out.
