make chicken tacos (shredded chicken+taco seasoning)
add one can of black beans
add 2 cups cooked rice
stir together and simmer for 15 minutes on low.
serve with lettuce, guacamole, crushed chips, salsa. squeeze with fresh lime.
this is a definite go to for me.
