wear it wednesday...adding a bright color

i don't necessarily think it has to be spring/summer to wear bright colors, but spring makes me want to brighten up my wardrobe. my go to methods for adding color are cardigans, shoes, accessories.

adding a bright cardi and shoes totally brightened up my look.
