foodie friday...death by peanut butter cookies


i needed a dessert a few weeks ago, and i didn't have a ton of time to make something fancy. i'm all about making things from scratch, but sometimes you have to use a cake mix as a base.


yellow cake mix
1/3 c oil
2 eggs
1/2 c peanut butter
1small bag chopped peanut butter cups
mix ingredients. scoop on cookie sheet. bake at 350 degrees for 14-17 minutes
